Frost/Nixon premiered in London in 2006, to resounding success. A Broadway transfer was equally successful, garnering a Tony Award for Frank Langella. A film version, directed by Ron Howard, is scheduled for release at the end of 2008, starring Langella and his original co-star, Michael Sheen.
The press release says, "In 1977, British talk show host David Frost conducted a series of interviews with disgraced former President Richard Nixon that became the most-watched public affairs programme in television history."
